Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with the original packaging.
Used items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right.
How to start a return
Send us a message through the contact page with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll reply with next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive the item. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
